ABSTRACT

Objective:To construct a standardized training program for full-time nursing postgraduate students, and to provide a basis for the training the high-quality nursing talents in hospitals. Methods:Through literature review and demi structured interview, preliminarily develop the training program was established from January to March 2021. Through two rounds of expert consultations of 16 experts, the standardized training program for nursing postgraduates was formulated. Results:The recovery rate of the two rounds were both 16/16. The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 0.819, respectively. The Kendall′s coordination coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 0.329 and 0.334, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.01). Finally, a standardized training program for entry-level nursing postgraduates was formed, which included five parts: training objects and quality requirements, training methods, training objectives, training contents and evaluation, with a total of 225 items. Conclusions:The standardized training program for nursing postgraduates formed is reliable, scientific and practical, which provides guidance and reference for the training and use of highly educated clinical nursing talents in hospitals.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the expectations and perceptions of nurses and patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) on the quality of nursing services, and to compare and analyze the differences and similarities between the two groups.@*Methods@#97 nurses and 184 patients from three ICU of three hospitals in our city were selected by convenient sampling, and their nursing service quality expectation and perception questionnaire were used to investigate.@*Results@#The expectation scores of ICU nurses and patients on the quality of nursing service were (4.31 ± 0.63) and (4.22 ± 0.62) respectively. The scores of perception were (4.05 ± 0.58) and (3.96 ± 0.70) respectively. The difference of perception expectation score between nurses and patients is negative. The score difference between nurses in Item 3, 9~12 and responsiveness was significantly higher than that of the patients. The score difference between the entry 4~7 and the reliability dimension was significantly lower than that of the patients, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).@*Conclusions@#The quality of nursing service perceived by ICU patients and nurses is relatively poor, and there are differences in reliability and responsiveness between the two patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the application of limbs and fingers movement combined with moxibustion in patients with PICC catheterization. Methods A total of 346 PICC catheterized patients treated from August 2014 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control group (173 cases) and observation group (173 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was given local hot-wet compression at 3-4 cm of puncture point after 24 h of catheterization, and the observation group was given preventive moxibustion with the direction of the punctured vein at the same site in the control group, and then was given limbs and fingers movement. The levels of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein- 1 (MCP- 1), tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α) and interleukin- 8 (IL- 8), hemorheological parameters [rate of high and low shear whole blood viscosity (RBV), rate of plasma specific viscosity (RPV), hematocrit (HCT)] and the incidence rates of mechanical phlebitis and venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The levels of MCP-1, TNF-αand IL-8 were (53.03±7.86), (85.93±10.72), (54.65±9.23) ng/L in the observation group, (60.27± 8.45), (94.74±11.36), (63.08±10.07) ng/L in the control group, and there were significant differences (t=8.252, 7.419, 8.117, all P<0.05). The levels of high shear RBV, low shear RBV, RPV and HCT were (3.94 ± 0.85) mPa · s, (6.55 ± 1.22) mPa · s, (1.70 ± 0.54) mPa · s and (43.71 ± 4.82)% respectively in the observation group, (4.18±0.74) mPa·s, (6.97±1.25) mPa·s, (1.92±0.59) mPa·s and (45.13±4.65)%in the control group, and there were significant differences (t=2.789-3.618, P<0.05). The incidence rates of venous thrombosis and phlebitis were 1.16%(2/173) and 5.78%(10/173) respectively in the observation group, 5.78%(10/173) and 13.29%(23/173) in the control group, there were significant differences (χ2=4.230, 5.661, P<0.05). Conclusions Limbs and fingers movement combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the blood flow status, and reduce the occurrence of mechanical phlebitis and venous thrombosis in patients with PICC catheterization.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the application and efficacy of 6S quality management methods in drug clinical trials of oncology department. Methods By using 6S (Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seiketsu,Shitsuke,Safety) quality management methods, quality about mastering level of good clinical practice (GCP) knowledge, sample collection and drug management etc.were controlled, and efficacy after the quality control was evaluated. Results After implemention of 6S quality management, rate of achieving GCP certificate was increased to 77.80%,accuracy rate of sample collection and accuracy rate of medicine preparation were increased to 100.00%,and the rate of relearning study protocol was increased to 100.00%,and subjects' satisfaction was improved significantly. Conclusion The implementation of 6S quality management methods could effectively enhance the quality of drug clinical trials in oncology department.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of wash pipe frequency on complications of double-lumen power peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) connected to infusion pump during continuous chemotherapy. Methods A total of 160 patients with malignant lymphoma whose PICC connected to infusion pump were divided into 4 groups by random digits table method with 40 cases each: flushing and sealing the tube once every 4 hours(group A), every 8 hours(group B), every 12 hours(group C) and every 24 hours (group D). The incidence of blocking pipe and phlebitis were observed. Results The incidence of blocking pipe were 0,2.5%(1/40) , 27.5%(11/40), 42.5%(17/40) in group A, B, C, D, the differences among them were significant, χ2= 30.870, P0.05. Conclusions Flushing and sealing the tube of PICC connected to infusion pump once every 8 hours during continuous chemotherapy seems to be appropriate and worthy of being applied clinically due to its low blocking pipe incidence, and low incidence of phlebitis.
